Deposits
Ceramic coating services require a deposit to reserve your appointment. This allows us to secure the necessary coating products and dedicate time specifically for your vehicle.
Deposits are applied toward the final service total.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us accommodate other clients and maintain an efficient schedule.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in deposit forfeiture.

Arrival & Vehicle Condition
Service time and pricing may vary depending on vehicle condition. If a vehicle requires additional time or services beyond the original booking, this will be discussed prior to proceeding.

Weather & Mobile Service
As a mobile service, appointments may occasionally be adjusted due to weather or environmental conditions. If rescheduling is necessary, we will communicate promptly and work to accommodate the next available time.
